Food service space — Not applicable to holdover facilities
Arkansas Code § 12-26-103
(a) Dining area shall have a minimum of fifteen square feet (15 ft

) per person, to include juveniles and staff.
(b) Kitchen area shall be a minimum of two hundred square feet (200 ft

) excluding food storage area.
