Written policies and procedures provide that:

1. (1) Clean bedding and linens with at least weekly changes are available;
2. (2) Clean clothing is provided for juveniles, clean socks, underwear, and towels on a daily basis, and other clothing at least twice a week; and
3. (3) The stored supply of clothing, linens, and bedding exceeds that required for the facility's maximum juvenile population.
