(b) Critical or significant occurrences include without limitation:

1. (1) Incidents of violence;
2. (2) Force used against a detainee;
3. (3) Injury to self or another person by the detainee;
4. (4) Medical or dental treatment (including the result of such treatment);
5. (5) Disciplinary action; and
6. (6) Any other critical incident or occurrence not specified herein, as determined by facility policy.
