12 CAR § 50-1701 – Twenty-four-hour or overnight facility

(a) Twenty-four-hour or overnight facilities are not required to conform to the following standards.
(b) All standards not specifically listed within this section shall apply to twenty-four-hour or overnight facilities:
1. (1) General guidelines, 12 CAR § 50-1101;
2. (2) Food service records, 12 CAR § 50-1102;
3. (3) Conformance to Department of Health rules, 12 CAR § 50-1103;
4. (4) Intake, booking, and release areas, access to shower facilities, 12 CAR § 50-1508(a)(3);
5. (5) General housing requirements, shower facilities, 12 CAR § 50-1510(b)(2);
6. (6) Single cell housing areas, 12 CAR § 50-1511;
7. (7) Activity rooms, 12 CAR § 50-1514;
8. (8) Linen storage, 12 CAR § 50-1515;
9. (9) Natural light, 12 CAR § 50-1611;
10. (10) Intake, booking, and release areas, access to shower facilities, 12 CAR § 50-1613(a)(4);
11. (11) General housing requirements, 12 CAR § 50-1616;
12. (12) Dayrooms, 12 CAR § 50-1620;
13. (13) Activity rooms, 12 CAR § 50-1621;
14. (14) Linen storage and laundry services, 12 CAR § 50-1622;
15. (15) Exercise spaces, 12 CAR § 50-1623; and
16. (16) Food service space, 12 CAR § 50-1626.
