(a)

1. (1) Copies of all reports and documents pertaining to detention facilities shall be sent to and maintained by the office of the Criminal Detention Facilities Review Coordinator.
2. (2) A master file of inspection reports on each facility shall be provided by the criminal detention facility review committee to the county clerk’s office in the county in which the facility is located.
3. (3) Within thirty (30) days following an inspection, a written report of each inspection shall be sent to the chief circuit judge for the judicial district in which the facility is located, the chief executive, county judge, and the governing body of the political subdivision whose criminal detention facility or juvenile detention facility is the subject of the written report.
4. (4) All reporting requirements shall be as set forth by applicable state law, including without limitation Arkansas Code § 12-26-101 et seq.

(b)
