12 CAR § 50-1105 – Dining areas

(a) Food may be served to detainees in:
1. (1) Their cells;
2. (2) A day room; or
3. (3) A dining room.
(b) Areas in which food is served shall be cleaned as soon as practicable and all trash shall be removed to an outside dumpster or garbage collection area.
