(a)
- (1) Upon written request, the Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police will provide the information designated in Arkansas Code § 25-15-208(a)(3) or any evidence which was the basis for the director’s decision.
- (2) The Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure and its discovery procedures do not apply to appeal hearings.
- (b) Such requests should be received by the director at least ten (10) days before the scheduled hearing.
