12 CAR § 10-501 – Scope of this subpart

(a) This subpart applies in all appeal hearings conducted by the Arkansas State Police Commission.
(b) This procedure is developed to provide a process by which the commission hears appeals of removal, demotion, suspension, discharge, and disciplinary transfer of Arkansas State Police officers pursuant to Arkansas Code §§ 12-8-103 and 12-8-104.
