- (a) The Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police shall recommend to the Arkansas State Police Commission all officers eligible for promotion.
- (b) The commission shall approve or disapprove all such promotions and shall indicate in writing the reasons for disapproval of any promotion.
- (c) Any information used in the commission’s decision shall be reduced to writing and all such written information shall be placed in the promotion packet.
