(a)
- (1) The Arkansas State Police Commission has been authorized by the General Assembly to promulgate rules.
- (2) See Arkansas Code §§ 12-8-103, 12-8-210, 12-8-214, and 12-8-305.
- (b) The commission follows the procedural requirements of the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq., in particular Arkansas Code §§ 25-15-203 and 25-15-204.
- (c) Additionally, the commission is required to abide by the provisions of Arkansas Code § 10-3-309.
