(1) This part shall be reviewed at least annually by the Administrator of the Workers’ Health and Safety Division.
(2) If there has been any change in the federal regulations or proposed regulations adopted by reference herein, the administrator shall make any appropriate recommendation to the Director of the Division of Labor for revision of this part.
(b) Modification or amendment of this part shall be made in compliance with the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq.
