(a) The purpose of this part is to establish minimum safety standards for employees performing operation or maintenance work or construction work on electric power generation, transmission, or distribution installations and facilities.
(b) This part applies to all employees in the State of Arkansas performing operation or maintenance work or construction work on electric power generation, transmission, or distribution installations and facilities.
