1. (a) Each monetary benefit determination issued to a claimant by the Division of Workforce Services shall include a notice of the claimant's right to:

   1. (1) Request a redetermination; or
   2. (2) Appeal the determination.
2. (b) The notice shall clearly state the place and manner for making an appeal and the period within which such appeal must be made.

Codification Notes: This section as promulgated prior to codification into the Code of Arkansas Rules provided as follows: "Rule No. 17" "This Rule is hereby amended, promulgated and adopted by the Director, Arkansas Department of Workforce Services, pursuant to Arkansas Code 11-10-522 to read as follows:" "This amended Rule shall take effect and be in full force on and after January 1, 1988."
