For the purposes of this article, the following words shall have the following meanings:

1. (1) LP-GAS. Liquefied petroleum gas as defined in Section 9-17-100.
2. (2) USED MANUFACTURED HOME. A manufactured home which is not being sold or offered for sale as new and is used for residential purposes.
