Ala. Code § 8-17-116 (2026)
Penalty for Violation of Division.
(Acts 1951, No. 923, p. 1571, §4.)
Any person, firm, corporation or association violating any of the provisions of this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $250.
