1. (a) The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries through the facilities of the State Department of Agriculture and Industries shall enforce the provisions of this article.
2. (b) The provisions of Article 2, Chapter 2 of Title 2 shall be applicable to linseed oil regulated by this chapter.
