Ala. Code § 5-5A-33 (2026)
Bank to Pay Checks Drawn on It at Par.
(Acts 1980, No. 80-658, §5-5-33.)
Any bank shall pay all checks drawn on it and transmitted in a cash letter at par and shall make no charge for the payment of such checks the first time presented to it for payment.
