- (a) The Perry County Commission may establish a Junior Perry County Commission to be composed of twelfth grade students selected from the high schools within Perry County.
- (b) The Perry County Commission shall provide for the duties of the Junior Perry County Commission and may award a one time scholarship not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) payable from county funds to each student member of the Junior Perry County Commission.
