Upon filing of the circuit court petition under Section 45-49A-80.22, the circuit court shall set the date, time, and place for a hearing on the petition. A hearing on the petition shall be no later than 90 days from the scheduling order. On the request of a party, the court may extend the 90-day period for good cause shown.
