1. (a) There is hereby created and established the Mobile City Youth Athletic Board, hereinafter referred to as the board. Each of the below-listed associa- tions of the city shall have the authority to name one member on the board:

   1. (1) Municipal Park Baseball, Inc.
   2. (2) Springhill-Forest Hill Youth A.A., Inc.
   3. (3) Southern Little League
   4. (4) Colts Youth Athletic Association
   5. (5) Springhill Baseball, Inc.
   6. (6) Cottage Hill Athletic Association, Inc.
   7. (7) Navco Athletic Association, Inc.
   8. (8) Mims Park Youth Athletic Association, Inc.
   9. (9) Cottage Hill Little League, Inc.
   10. (10) Skycrest Babe Ruth, Inc.
   11. (11) Skyline Little League, Inc.
   12. (12) Ranger Babe Ruth
   13. (13) Trimmier Park Booster Association, Inc.
   14. (14) South Brookley Little League
   15. (15) International Babe Ruth
   16. (16) Loop Youth Athletic Association, Inc.
   17. (17) National Little League
   18. (18) National Babe Ruth
   19. (19) Advanced Babe Ruth
   20. (20) Trinity Gardens Athletic Council
   21. (21) Taylor Park Athletic Committee
   22. (22) Gorgas Park Athletic Committee
   23. (23) Kidd Park Athletic Committee
   24. (24) Carver Park Athletic Committee
   25. (25) Texas Street Little Boys Baseball League Association
2. (b) There may further be added to the board such other associations as the majority of the board from time to time approve.
