Ala. Code § 45-49A-64.22 (2026)
Existence of Authority Prevents Subsequent Incorporation.
(Acts 1975, 2nd Sp. Sess., No. 31, p. 141, §22.)
The existence of an authority incorporated under this part, shall prevent the subsequent incorporation hereunder of another authority in the same county.
