- (a) In addition to any other filing fees assessed, the Sheriff of Mobile County shall be entitled to a one dollar ($1) sheriff’s filing fee on each civil and criminal case filed in the District and Circuit Courts of Mobile County.
- (b) The filing fees shall be collected by the sheriff and paid into the general fund consistent with Section 36-22-17.
