- (a) On or before September 1, 1980, all full-time employees of the Mobile Housing Board shall be placed under the classified service of the merit system of Mobile County’s Personnel Board.
- (b) The personnel director of the county shall promulgate such rules and regulations as shall be necessary to place any such full-time employees, who are not presently in such classified service, under such system.
