Any person who violates any of the provisions of this part shall be subject to a suit for injunctive relief only. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the appeal procedure set out in subsection (f) of Section 45-45-121.06 shall be exclusive as to any action seeking a review of a personnel board decision.
