For the purposes of this part, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

1. (1) DEPARTMENT. The Jefferson County Board of Health.
2. (2) TANNING DEVICE. Equipment that emits electromagnetic radiation of wavelengths between 200 and 400 nanometers and is used for tanning the skin, including, but not limited to, a sunlamp, tanning booth, tanning bed, or any accompanying equipment.
3. (3) TANNING FACILITY. A place of business that provides to its customers access to a tanning device.
