An individual’s employment with Escambia County is contingent upon all of the following:

1. (1) Availability of funds.
2. (2) The county’s need for the work to be done.
3. (3) The employee’s compliance with all rules, policies, and procedures established in accordance with this article.
4. (4) The completion of a satisfactory probationary period.
5. (5) Continued satisfactory job performance by the employee.
