1. (a) Immediately upon April 27, 1981, all circuit judges for the Twenty-eighth Judicial Circuit of Alabama shall receive a supplemental salary payable in equal monthly installments from the Baldwin County General Fund in the sum of six thousand dollars ($6,000) per year. Such supplement shall be paid in lieu of all other supplemental or expense payments heretofore authorized by law.
2. (b) Immediately upon April 27, 1981, all district judges for the Twenty-eighth Judicial Circuit of Alabama shall receive a supplemental salary payable in equal monthly installments from the Baldwin County General Fund in the sum of five thousand four hundred dollars ($5,400) per year, such supplement shall be paid in lieu of all other supplemental or expense payments heretofore authorized by law.
