The commissioner shall deposit the application fees collected under this article into the State Treasury, which shall be appropriated as follows:
- (1) A minimum of twenty-five dollars ($25) or 10 percent, whichever is greater, of the application fee shall be appropriated to the General Fund of the state.
- (2) The remaining amount shall be continuously appropriated to the department for the inspection, issuance, and enforcement of the licensing requirements under this article.
