Ala. Code § 40-12-294 (2026)
Rules and Regulations.
(Acts 1965, 2nd Ex. Sess., No. 116, p. 157, §5.)
The state Department of Revenue shall make such rules and regulations as necessary to provide for the application for and issuance of such special tags.
