Ala. Code § 33-2-166 (2026)
Bonds and Interest Exempt from Taxation.
(Acts 1969, No. 472, p. 917, §17.)
Any bonds issued pursuant to the authority of this article and the interest thereon shall be exempt from all taxation by the State of Alabama or any political subdivision thereof.
