Within a reasonable period of time following the completion of a trip, a TNC shall transmit an electronic receipt to the rider that lists all of the following:

1. (1) The origin and destination of the trip.
2. (2) The total time and distance of the trip.
3. (3) The total fare paid.
4. (4) The TNC driver’s first name.
