Each container of a consumable hemp product must be labeled to include, at a minimum:

1. (1) A list of all ingredients in descending order of predominance;
2. (2) A scannable barcode or quick response code linked to the certificate of analysis;
3. (3) The manufacture date and expiration date;
4. (4) The batch number must correspond to the certificate of analysis;
5. (5) The total number of milligrams of THCs found in the container;
6. (6) The serving size;
7. (7) The total number of milligrams of THCs per serving; and

8. (8) The following warnings:

   1. a. To keep the product out of reach of children;
   2. b. That consumption of the product may cause the person to fail a drug test due to THC being present;
   3. c. That the product is not safe nor intended for any person under 21 years of age;
   4. d. That the product is not safe for any person who is pregnant or breastfeeding; and
   5. e. That the product may impair a person’s ability to drive and operate machinery.
