Trash, Litter, Etc., Upon Public Thoroughfare - Driver Presumed Offender When Items Thrown from Vehicle.

If littering is committed as set forth in Section 13A-7-29 or Section 32-5A-60 from a motor vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall be presumed to be the offender.
