As used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

1. (1) ORGAN. Organs, tissues, eyes, bones, arteries, blood or other fluids and any other part or portions of a human body.
2. (2) ATTENDING PHYSICIAN. The physician selected by, or assigned to, the patient and who has primary responsibility for the treatment and care of the patient.
