Services that may be provided eligible persons, if not available from other sources, include:

1. (1) Medical care;
2. (2) Adjustment training;
3. (3) Attendant care;
4. (4) Prosthetic appliances;
5. (5) Home health care by health care teams;
6. (6) Home modification; provided, that no more than $1,000.00 shall be expended on any one home in any one year;
7. (7) Transportation; and
8. (8) Medical supplies.
