Services that may be provided eligible persons, if not available from other sources, include:
- (1) Medical care;
- (2) Adjustment training;
- (3) Attendant care;
- (4) Prosthetic appliances;
- (5) Home health care by health care teams;
- (6) Home modification; provided, that no more than $1,000.00 shall be expended on any one home in any one year;
- (7) Transportation; and
- (8) Medical supplies.
