When used in this subdivision, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

1. (1) HOG CHOLERA VIRUS. An unattenuated virus administered to swine for the purpose of immunizing such swine from the disease known as hog cholera.
2. (2) STATE VETERINARIAN. The State Veterinarian of Alabama.
