For the purpose of this article, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:

1. (1) PERSON. Any individual, partnership, corporation or association.
2. (2) CONTAINER. Any bag, sack, crate, carton, package, box, hamper, basket or other receptacle in which fresh fruits and vegetables are packed for shipment, movement, transportation, or sale.
3. (3) FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. Green corn, tomatoes, Irish potatoes, sweet potatoes, peaches, strawberries, cucumbers (sold for slicing purposes) or cabbages.
4. (4) OFFICIAL GRADES. The grade or grades adopted by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries with the approval of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, as provided in Section 2-11-72 for determining the grade, quality, classification or condition of fresh fruits and vegetables.
