1. (a) A failure to satisfy the requirements or limitations of Sections 18-1A-20 through 18-1A-32 does not affect the validity of the condemnor’s interest in any property which it acquires by purchase or condemnation.
2. (b) This article shall be construed to be consistent with the requirements of federal law governing financial assistance for any project or purpose.
