Ala. Code § 17-17-19 (2026)
Deceiving Elector in Preparation of Ballot.
(Act 2006-570, p. 1331, §88.)
Any inspector, helper, or assistant who willfully deceives any elector in preparing his or her ballot shall be guilty, upon conviction, of a Class C felony.
