Ala. Code § 17-17-14 (2026)
Voting Without Registration and Oath.
(Act 2006-570, p. 1331, §88.)
Any person voting at any county or state election who has not registered and taken and subscribed to the registration oath shall be guilty, upon conviction, of a Class B misdemeanor.
