1. (a) On or before the first legislative day of the 2025 Regular Session, the superintendent shall submit a report to the Legislature regarding the design and implementation status of the program. The report shall be submitted to the Chairs of the Senate Finance and Taxation Education Committee, Senate Education Policy Committee, House Ways and Means Education Committee, and House Education Policy Committee.

2. (b) On or before the first legislative day of the 2026 Regular Session, the superintendent shall submit a report to the Chairs of the Senate Finance and Taxation Education Committee, Senate Education Policy Committee, House Ways and Means Education Committee, and House Education Policy Committee that details all of the following:

   1. (1) The method for identifying exemplary, high-quality principal mentors to participate in providing instruction through the program.
   2. (2) The number of school administrators, by title, who attended the program during the immediately preceding year and the number of those school administrators who successfully completed the program.
   3. (3) The number of school administrators, by title, expected to participate in the program during the immediately succeeding year.
   4. (4) The number of principals who have met or exceeded their student growth goals as identified through the evaluation system.
   5. (5) The manner in which the department expects to measure the success of the program, including measuring improved retention, improvements in school climate, and improved student outcomes.
   6. (6) A recommendation concerning whether to continue the program, any recommended changes to the program, and the estimated cost of continuing the program.
