For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
- (1) DEPARTMENT. The State Department of Education.
- (2) SCHOOL. The Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering.
- (3) STATE BOARD. The State Board of Education.
- (4) SUPERINTENDENT. The State Superintendent of Education.
