For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following respective meanings:

1. (1) THE AUTHORITY. The public corporation organized pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
2. (2) BONDS. The bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter.

3. (3) STATE. The State of Alabama.

   Pronouns when used in this chapter shall include all applicable genders.
