Promoting Prostitution in the Third Degree.
(Acts 1977, No. 607, p. 812, §6223.)
(a) A person commits the crime of promoting prostitution in the third degree if he knowingly advances or profits from prostitution.
(b) Promoting prostitution in the third degree is a Class A misdemeanor.
