Ala. Code § 11-88-100 (2026)
Exemption from Taxation of Bonds, Notes, Etc.
(Acts 1973, No. 826, p. 1293, §59.)
All notes, interest thereon, bonds and interest coupons attached to the same issued under the authority of this article, shall be exempt from state, county, and municipal taxation.
