1. (1) STAFF/JUVENILE INTERACTION

   1. (a) Staff offices in living units are located so that staff are readily accessible to juveniles.

2. (2) FACILITY SIZE

   1. (a) The OATP program operates with no more than 96 juveniles.

3. (3) LOCATION

   1. (a) When the OATP is a part of or attached to another correctional unit, Program participants are housed and programmed separately from other juveniles.

4. (4) RATED CAPACITY

   1. (a) The number of juveniles not exceeds the Programs rated bed capacity.
