1. (1) PROGRAM COORDINATION

   1. (a) Written Policy, Procedure, and practice provide for the screening, orientation, Training and use of volunteers.
   2. (b) The supervisor of volunteer services should maintain records and reports pertinent to services rendered by volunteers.
   3. (c) Written Policy, Procedure, and practice shall provide for an official registration and identification system for volunteers.
   4. (d) Written Policy specifies that volunteers may perform professional services only when they are certified or licensed to do so.
