The administrative code adopted and published by the Board and the Veterinary Practice Act shall be binding upon every individual holding a license from this Board and upon all partnerships, firms or corporations legally authorized to offer or to perform veterinary services in this state. This act is also binding upon all non-licensed individuals offering or engaged in the unauthorized practice of veterinary medicine in this state. All licensees of the Board are charged with having knowledge of existence of the Board’s administrative code and shall be charged to be familiar with its provisions and to understand them.
