- (1) Each application shall state the anticipated or actual starting and termination date of each phase of the surface mining activities and the anticipated number of acres of land to be affected.
- (2) If the applicant proposes to conduct the surface mining activities in excess of five years, the application shall contain the information needed for the showing required under Rule 880-X-8K-.12(3).
